[Town Meeting] TMM survey, accessory apartments

This is a reminder for Town Meeting Members who have not yet taken the short 
survey regarding accessory apartments.  Please go to the link below and let 
us know what you think about the idea.  Thursday 1/5 is the deadline.  Thank 
you to the 108 Town Meeting members who have taken the survey.  I will be 
collating the results and reporting them to the ARB on Monday, January 9.
