[Town Meeting] Amendment to the Board of Selectmen's Recommended Vote on Article 2

A motion that I'll be making to amend the Selectmen's recommended vote on
Article 2 of tomorrow's Special Town Meeting is attached.  Hard copies will
be distributed before the meeting.
