[Town Meeting] Finance Committee to Town Meeting (Budget Book) - Cheat Sheet

The relevant data in Appendix B and C of the Finance Committee Report to
Town Meeting is reproduced in the attached one page "cheat sheet".  The
appropriations are divided into four broad categories; salaries, expenses,
schools and other.   The columns consists of the appropriations for 2015
and 2014, any salary offsets, a cross reference to the line item in the
budget book, the $ change and % change sorted from highest change to
lowest.  The numbers foot out to the summary expenditures number from
Appendix C.

I find it useful as this view highlights the largest changes to budgets
without having to flip through many different pages.  YMMV.
