Composer's Voice features composer Holland Hopson on this episode.  The
violin duo Miolina will be performing his piece, "A Long Line of Clouds
Just Above the Trees." Cellist Craig Hultgren will be performing
Hopson's work "Snakeskin (Verso)."

Composer's Voice airs its half-hour show the first Saturday at 2:00 PM
EST (UTC-5) of every month on New York City cable access TV with
Manhattan Neighborhood's Network channel 2.

Violin duo Miolina has been called "talented and dedicated" by Arts
Birmingham, and described as displaying "aggressive and virtuosic
prowess" with "brilliance of sound, technical mastery, and stunning
expressivity" by I CARE IF YOU LISTEN.

"Snakeskin (Verso)"

Snakeskin (Verso) is inspired by a visit to the Cahokia Mounds near
Collinsville, Illinois. The mounds were once home to the largest native
civilization north of Mexico.

Cellist Craig Hultgren has been active in new music for decades. He now
resides outside of Decorah, Iowa as the farmer-cellist.

Holland Hopson is a composer, improviser, and electronic artist. As an
instrumentalist, he performs on claw hammer banjo, soprano saxophone and
electronics.
