Oh, one more point which I was trying to articulate in my previous  
(far too long) post...

We should beware of hiring people like us to teach...as the form of  
the industry is only emerging now, we (as early players) are not what  
the final practitioners are going to be like...we are the founders,  
later citizens will consider us fossils...
