[game_edu] [JOB] changed to discussion

If we're just counting opinions... i suspect no one enjoys
discussing/thinking about procedural rules and while they're often
necessary, right now, we don't get that many emails. My opinion - leave
things as they are, we can revisit later when it has a tangible impact
