[game_edu] Textbook publishing: Advice before signing contract

I've just received an offer from the publisher on what will be the first
textbook I've written. Very exciting! My first reaction is favorable to the
terms they've proposed but I'm wondering if anyone who's gone through this
already has some last minute advice anyone before I sign a contract.
