[game_edu] Firing Team Mates

Something you might consider is simulating the proper process of firing as
part of the game. Deb's process seems to come close, but in addition to
coaching them through presenting the problem to the offending team member,
they could document the steps needed for improvement, and evaluate them the
following week. If the student fails to meet those quantifiable
improvements, they can be fired, and if not, they remain on the team. Those
itemized steps are also opportunities to teach management (and may
illustrate lack of clarity of expectations). It's easy to think about
firing someone, but without a more realistic structure behind it I'm not
sure what it teaches beyond punishing the offender. The students remaining
should also evaluate what caused the flaw in their hiring decision. :)
