Just got this from the Game Localization SIG. Think this will be useful for
programs looking at Localization and students interested in the field.

Hi all,

I just wanted to inform everyone that the Localization SIG's "Best Practices
for Game Localization" document (version 2.0) is finally available for
download! This was a huge collaborative effort by various SIG members
(listed in an appendix), based on the initial v1.0 work by Richard
Honeywood, one of our steering committee members. We leveraged our Topics of
the Week over a few months in order to piece together the information, an
convoluted editorial process managed by Jon Fung in our SIG. The document is
intended as a broad guideline for both loc and non-loc people, so feel free
to spread the word.

The PDF document is temporarily hosted off my Englobe website
<http://englobe.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Best-Practices-for-Game-Local
ization-v2.pdf> , until the IGDA technical issues with the Wiki are resolved
(like finding the admin password... ;).

Thanks all,

Kate
