[game_edu] Shared student computer lab

In a shared student lab, what issues would typically arise from several
student users working on one computer that is being used to develop an
Unreal 4 game on? Solutions?
Note: The lab is designed for video game students and the college
administration wishes to schedule other college classes in the lab, for
other college programs. The other students and instructors would not know
about game development or the bugs we face when developing
games. Equipment security is also an issue.
