Guys come on... this is not a legal document and it is not a contract
vehicle that is going to be executed at the end of the day. This is a
flier, not a scientific paper being proofed for next months Journal
Nature. Add the word ABOUT or ROUGHLY and move on. It is a great opening
statement and a simple qualifier will make this fine. We have 18.6% to
23% so say "about 20%" and move forward.
I know I am new to the group, and I keep quiet, but I have seen less
discussion on buying a new house.
