[games_access] GDC -- Final Info on Phase One -- New!

Haha! Why on earth haven't they changed that? Well, ok, that gives us
a month of breathing room so things aren't AS crazy as I thought!
It's still kind of crazy...but the crazy has been downgraded in
intensity. ;)
