[PAGID] IVIG and informed consent

Subject: [PAGID] IVIG and informed consent

I have a question for those infusing IVIG in their clinics for
immunodeficiency:
Do you obtain official informed consent like you would for a blood product
infusion, or treat it like a medication and not use a separate informed
consent document?
