I wasn't privy to the earlier e-mail - but I have found it helpful to
look at the functional defects, e.g. NK function, Neutrophil chemotaxis
in addition to the knowledge of the null mutations. Since use of MUD in
clinically well young children usually yields better results, I would
strongly consider moving ahead. I assume the child is EBV naive.
