[PAGID] CVID and fatigue

Thanks to everyone who responded with suggestions. Nearly all the
evaluations suggested (including full body CT scanning by PCP, endocrine and
neuro evals) have been performed with normal results. We've also recommended
a mental health evaluation for depression. Because of the fatigue intensity,
I have been hesitant to attribute this to CVI, though it sounds that others
have occasionally encountered this problem in the CVI population.
