Hi Chris
Many (say 50%) of our patients get home IVIG, but with the stipulation that the patient comes into clinic at lease 2 times/year------if I could, would rather give IVIG in house---I think you get a better followup on patients, but for many, this is not an option

Subject: [PAGID] Home IVIG
Dear Colleagues,
I would like to poll people on home IVIG use. I am typically opposed to it
and have found more recently that insurance companies are requesting it.
During my training, this was never done. Is there are paradigm shift in
facilitating home IVIG that I am not aware of? Thank you for your comments,
Chris
