[PAGID] CGD patient

Dear  All

My name is Beatriz costa-Carvalho and I work in São Paulo- Brazil

I have a female patient, 3 years old, with a diagnosis of CGD and is taking co-trimoxazol and itraconazol with control of infections.  Five months ago she was diagnosed with Crohn disease. Since them she has used prednisona (cushing face), mesalazina and imuran.  She looks well but is still presenting enterorrhagia.  Does anybody have experience in using infliximab for CGD patients? Could IFN-g be useful in this situation?

I appreciate  suggestions
