[PAGID] CGD patient

I would use Infliximab, keep the antibiotics and be aware about previous BCG
immunization.

I do not think IFN-gamma will help the inflammatory bowel disease because it is
a pro-inflammatory cytokine and may worsen bowel inflammation.
