[PAGID] Warts in XSCID

Dear all, 

I would appreciate any new information/experience on successfully
treating warts for reconstituted XSCID patients. In this particular 24
yo patient with disseminated warts, we have tried freezing, imiquimod,
cidofovir and interferon-gamma.
One major concern is that some of these lesions are considered
pre-malignant (epidermodysplasia verrucarum). Has anyone seen
progression of warts to neoplasia in this population?
