[PAGID] Warts in XSCID

We've not had this problem (to that degree) in our SCID population. You
might want to contact Alain Fischer or Benedicte Neven in Paris as they
have seen a lot of this type of infection in their pts.

What kind of transplant did he receive and what is his immune
reconstitution?

Dear all, 

I would appreciate any new information/experience on successfully
treating warts for reconstituted XSCID patients. In this particular 24
yo patient with disseminated warts, we have tried freezing, imiquimod,
cidofovir and interferon-gamma.
One major concern is that some of these lesions are considered
pre-malignant (epidermodysplasia verrucarum). Has anyone seen
progression of warts to neoplasia in this population?
