[PAGID] CVID and pulmonary hemorrhage

Are you talking about parenchymal hemorrhage like in pulmonary hemosiderosis or
hemoptysis?

Invasive aspergillus can cause hemoptysis due to erosion of pulmonary vessels
from contiguous spread. Parenchymal hemorrahge can occur with leptospiral
infections. More controversial would be stachybotris "infection".
In a CVID patient one should also consider inflammatory/autoimmune causes such
as in Goodpasture's.
