Richard,

I would agree with your conservative approach. We can drive ourselves 
and patient families insane by doing more investigations that may not be 
clearly indicated, resulting in more abnormal results that we will be 
unable to explain. The best test in this case is time and so far it has 
shown no abnormalities.
