[PAGID] lymphopenia

No abnormal nodes, tonsils are present.DTH testing was not done.


He is not delayed but has had anxiety and depression. There are no other 
findings suggestive of 22q- .

Several suggestions were interesting on further work up but my question 
is, in a lymphopenic teenager with no clinical history suggestive of 
immunodeficiency nor autoimmunity, is further work up needed?
