Dear all,

I was asked from the neurology department of my hospital to give an
opinion regarding treatment with Rituximab in opsoclonus-myoclonus
syndrome. I have checked in the literature and there are few reports
describing a beneficial effect of Rituximab in combination with IVIG.
Although there is no clear indication on how to perform this
treatment. Usually Rituximab is given once a week for 4 weeks,
sometime is given for 4 weeks but not always IVIG are started right
after and are not given monthly as in hypo/agammaglobulinemia? When
would you start IVIG?

Any thoughts or suggestions will be kindly appreciated.

Best wishes,
Eleonora
