[CIS-PAGID] Training in Clinical Immunology

We have a research fellow wanting to train in clinical Immunology. He
has completed both undergraduate medical (MBChB) & post-graduate medical
(FCP-SA.  equivalent to board certified in internal medicine) degrees.
He is currently doing a PhD in TB diagnostics & will likely finish in
2nd half of 2012. He wants to combine clinical immunology training with
laboratory exposure in order to do his subspeciality as a clinical
immunologist.
 
We would appreciate recommendations for any good units to do this at.
