The manufacturers do some titers e.g. tetanus and measles.

 

You could measure other antibodies in products directly after diluting
appropriately.

 

We measured selective auto antibody titers in patients pre- and
post-IVIG to show that IVIG infusions can result in positive anti-TPO
antibodies (Pediatr All Immunol Pulmonol 2010; 23:121-3).
