Those are excellent references. I believe it is important to consider the trough IgG level of the patients to assess the specific antigen titers in these data. In the Gamunex paper from Sep 2010, the avg trough IgG level was about 1 g.

[CIS-PAGID] quick question

Titers against the standard antigens may be available in the "Product Monographs" produced by the companies and in some publications. They are provided in Table 11 on page 30 of the Privigen Monograph, also in Wasserman et al. Eur J Pharm Sci 37: 272-278 (2009). Titers against bacterial polysaccharides in patients receiving IV and SC Gamunex are published in Wasserman et al, Clin Exp Immunol 2011 (doi: 10.111/j.1365.2249.2010.04195.x). Most Biological License Applications contain info on titers against two proteins, two viruses and at least two types of polysaccharides, which you can try to get by looking up each product on the FDA website. They may be in the prescribng information for individual products as well.

I know of no data on antibody titers against broad ranges of antigens for any of the products.

I have a quick question--Is there a way to find out specific Ab titers to
different Ags in commercially available IVIG or SCIG?
thanks
