Thanks, Richard. The patient has 3 organs involves so far: pituitary, adrenals and pancreas. My patient doesn't have a sibling, but since parents are first cousins perhaps one of them might do. JC

You don't mention how many organs are involved. I had transplanted a teenage girl with hypothyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, Addison's and ovarian abnormalities but no diabetes. She has done well following HSCT from a matched male sib.
