[CIS PIDD] Vaccine-associated paralytic poliomyelitis

Dear Doctors,

In Peru we continue giving oral polio vaccine. We have a few patients with vaccine-associated paralytic poliomyelitis (some of them with agammaglobulinemia). Do you have any information of what should be the posterior vaccine schedule in these patients?
