[CIS PIDD] CGD and cutaneous ulcers

You might consider granulocyte transfusions. If you do, I'd apply G-CSF,
GM-CSF, or Regranex (PDGF) http://www.regranex.com/PI_Full_Version.pdf about
30 minutes prior to the transfusion.
