[CIS PIDD] Normal IgG values in preterm babies

Dear colleagues,
I have seen a 35 days-old baby with IgG levels of 149 mg/dL (lab reports normal values between 232 and 1411 mg/dL).
He was born at 25 weeks of a twin pregnancy (unknown cause of preterm birth).
My question is: can this value be considered normal in a baby with this gestational age?
The analysis was requested within an approach to eosinophilia. He does not seem to have an infectious process or dysregulation syndrome at time.
Kind regards,
