[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] Yellow fever vaccine

Thanks to you all for the very helpful comments.  I'm sure that the mom is
very relieved to learn that horizontal spread is not a problem with the YF
vaccine except via blood transfusion.  It was also sobering to learn of the
4 Brazilian CVID patients who died following YF vaccination a decade ago.  I
do not know if that vaccine is identical to the current U.S. Vaccine.
