[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] Fwd: Hyper IgE syndrome

I would add amikacin or gentamycin to cefepime for pseudomonas. If staph is
susceptible I would switch as soon as posible to cloxacillin. Perhaps ivig
might help. no experience with omalizumab,but i would be reluctant to use
it,at least in this acute phase.
