[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] [CIS-PIDD] Severe Kerion Question

I saw this 6 year old the other day, sent from a very experienced
dermatologist, who notes that this degree of a kerion is quite unusual for
him and asked if an immune defect was likely.

She has no family hx, no other issues, otherwise normal PE, non-related
parents. No sibs. Developed ringworm last summer and it has led to this.

Sorry the picture looks pretty bad.
