Interesting you mention warts. I am following a 10yo who has an IgG of 222 and CD4 count of 88 and who developed rapidly spreading plantar warts.

Do you have any suggestions in managing these?

In general, these patients do quite well, without opportunistic infections except warts.

Protein losing enteropathy s/p Fontan procedure for hypoplastic left heart may result in severe hypogammaglobulinemia and T-lymphopenia.

Are these patients clinically immunocompromised? i.e. do they experience opportunistic infections?
