[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] H. pylori treatment regimens in CVID

Dear all, 
 
We are following the 2011 Helen Chapel proposed surveillance program for early detection of Gastric Cancer in CVID patients (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3110315/) and have  patients positive for Urea Breath Test (UBT) without dyspeptic sympthoms. Does anyone have experience with treatment combinations for H. pylori eradication in CVID patients? Should we proceed with a short 7-day and 3-drug protocol, a 7-day but 4-drug protocol or an extended 14-day and 3-drug therapy?
