[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] H. pylori treatment regimens in CVID

Dear Daniel,

when clarithromycin resistance is high (≥15 percent), quadruple therapy
should be used to treat H. pylori (In Spain resistance rates are over 35%
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2953083/). So in our country I
would choose a 4-drug protocol. I think this is a country-specific decision
