I don't want to make too much of this, but I have a 45 y/o female with
elevated titers to BOTH EBV and CMV. Her symptoms are really very mild
but repeated labs show a similar profile:

1. EBV VCA IgG elevated at 5.4 (normal < 0.90)
2. Normal EBV VCA IgM & anti-EBV Ear Ag
3. EBNA elevated at 4.00 (normal < 0.89)
4. CMV IgG EIA is usually 15-16 (normal < 0.79)

My interpretation is this represents previous infection, but I don't
want to miss any further evaluation. Do elevated titers to both CMV and
EBV raise any concerns from immune standpoint? Thanks for any input.
