Dear all,
I have been contacted by a mother of a 3 yr-old from North Mississippi:
Her daughter has been suffering from "atopic dermatitis" for 8 months. She also presents with molloscum, repeated viral infections and has an igE count of 1108 and also eosinophilia. She has been repeatedly treated for staph infections with Bactrim, Clindamycin Keflex, and used bactroban religiously and followed all recommendations from a local dermatologists.
The mother thinks she may have Dock 8 deficiency.
Is there a PID specialist in the North Mississippi area to see the girl for a first evaluation?
