I present the case of a 9 year old girl with a diagnosis:
MDR TB and defect systemic IL receiver 12 B1
According to published recommendations we should apply gamma interferon.
i question is dose and frequency of use and the writing recommends the same
dose and frequency of chronic granulomatous.
What would be the best dose for a 21 Kg?
