Joe,
As noted, I have heard of a number of cases of high dose IGSC for
immunomodulation. You also use enzyme facilitated IGSC. Isabella Quinti has
a couple of cases, I think of ITP, in which she has used that approach. You
could give it every two weeks if you choose.
