We will truly appreciate your advice and suggestions regarding our 3 year old male patient with a CGD diagnosis.

He is not doing well, so we have considered HSCT. Unfortunately he has no sibling and no matching donor.

We are considering a haploidentical transplant. Do you have good results in these patients? What conditioning will you recommend?
