[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] IVIG or SCIG

Joe,
I don't have experience with tamoxifen and IG but, as you know, the IVIG
thrombosis risk is related to factor 11a which is now low to absent from
most/all products. You can reduce the risk by treating every two weeks so
that the dose is low and with a long infusion time. I would still prefer
IGSC or IGHy.
