I changed my iPhone language to Spanish for the national WEA test.

As expected, and defined by international ATIS/GSM standards, the phone 
displayed both the English (primary) and Spanish (Secondary) messages.


I don't know why FEMA spokepeople give incorrect information about WEA 
secondary languages.  Its like FCC Chairman couldn't help himself with 
wrong claims about 0.1 mile geo-targeting.
