[sbe-eas] Interesting inquiry on our station website

Yeah only valid reason I can think of is if you are an LP1 or LP2 and a 
station that monitors you have been missing the RMT from you for some 
reason.  It would have to be a station that monitors you according to 
your state plan as well.
