[sbe-eas] REQUIRED ETRS FORM 1 by October 4

So I’m confused.  It says “directs EAS Participants to submit their annual ETRS Form One for calendar year 2024 by no later than October 4, 2024”

Does this mean we don’t file a form one even though it says there is a deadline to file it? Seems very strange. WHY would there be a deadline for filing it if we’re not supposed to file?

I agree with Larry.  I think this is their way of reminding us to verify that network security is adequate and that the software is up to date.
