Sorry to hear of your catastrophe.

Nowadays, it seems the corporate mantra is to do the minimum necessary to stay operating under optimum conditions, then work people very hard so they reach the magical saturation point of 100 percent efficiency. Maybe beyond.

I fear your problem isn't a Thales problem per se, but an indication that corporate governance is diverging ever more rapidly from good engineering practice.

Maybe your experience will help some of us "justify" "extra" equipment.
