Yeah I have been thinking about it...  from a ham radio view point....
 
I hope to scam on some NTSC base band eq for ham radio TV,   now I can 
finally afford some quality equipment for amateur fast scan (NTSC).  Sadly we need 
to corner the market on the NTSC capable receivers, as the analogue tuners 
could tune to the amateur band, the digital synthesized ones probably can not...
 
seems we never win...
