I just turned 61. Who wants to work on 36 kV IOT's on an overnight shift? 
Kids think they should get $100k for 9-5 on a computer terminal. They are the 
ipod, Internet, Sony play station generation.  Six thousand pound HV supplies 
filled with gooey oil and slimy HV parts? Not for them.  RF Burns?  That means 
the popcorn was left in the microwave too long.
