Getting an education or degree doesn't provide any guarantees, just an
opportunity to do the best you can with what you have, knowing that you
are at least
on paper, equal to every other BA. BS holder plus what ever experience
and
references you can provide. Its more likely you are topped out at your
facility
and as with most in this business, need to move on to bigger and better
to
earn more. The 50th market or 100th market will never pay the same as a
top 10
market. Few radio jobs pay more than equivalent TV jobs. Move up or move
on.
